Write a tutor biography, set your areas of interest and languages.


Your Tutor Profile has been successfully set up. Toggle between Tutor and Student views using the 'Switch to Tutor View' button on the Menu page.

Click 'Switch View' to bring up tutor pages.

In the Tutor View, navigate to the Home Page.
Select 'Lessons' under 'Quick Actions'.

Here you will see all your existing lessons - active and inactive. Click 'New Lesson'.

Fill in the details of the lesson you would like to advertise.

Note, you can add as many lessons as you want. Make your post as general or specific as you desire.

For In Person lessons, set a radius in which you are willing to travel to the client.

Once created, view and manage your existing lessons or add a new one.


Navigate to the 'Home' page and click 'Availability'.

Manually click to set your available hours. These are hours which clients can book.
Click again to remove your selection.

To speed up the process, set recurring availability to repeat your schedule indefinitely.

Set your maximum booking window. The 'Min' allows you to control the minimum number of days a client can make a booking prior to the lesson time. Similarly, the 'Max' allows you to control the maximum number of days a client can make a booking in advance of the lesson time.

To view your lesson as it appears to clients, navigate to the 'Menu' page, select 'Switch View'.


Navigate to the Explore Page to find your lesson.

Click on your lesson to view it from the client perspective. Notice that the booking slots are directly linked to the availability you set.
